It was really helpful to have peole calling me to check-in every few days. However it was not always made clear what the plan was moving forward and I found on occassion that the people calling me ha not read my notes correctly and I had to correct them on information about me.

Staff are really nice, very friendly and easy to talk to.

Room was a little chilly maybe check people are comfortable.
