The staff member was personable and respectful and he took the patient seriously. I agreed with his course of action, as I am the patients physiotherapist and advocate.
Suggested improvements
It was difficult to begin with as Anele was following a set procedure - which we were not informed of. So, we were not necessarily giving him the night information at the night time.

I was listened to and I felt more at ease than I thought I would I was very scared to come in, but I was okay.
Suggested improvements
I was too overwhelmed with the amount of chairs/places to sit in the room I was in. Made me feel I could be judged for sitting in the wrong one.
