The OT facility is excellent for recuperation and recovery - varied and stimulating. Save for only one or two small exceptions, the one to one interaction with patients and staff is excellent - keep it up, it worked for me. The meds trolley service can be a bit awkward as patients and nursing staff reconcile their collective understanding as to what has been prescribed and how this might differ from a patient's self administration of medicines at home e.g. the timing of the taking of hypnotics could be early evening or after midnight, but the meds trolley service concludes around 10:30pm. Having said that, this is a very difficult area to try and satisfy everyone's personal preferences with the running of the Ward.

Sometimes I feel that there are not enough staff on the ward as every night time the lounge is not monitored and there are other patients moving or climbing on furniture which others then have to find staff to deal with the situation. Sometimes I think when asking for help during these situations it feels that the staff feel like it's too much trouble to deal with the incident.
very comfortable and very well run by very intentive staff
Someone entered my room without knocking, this shouldn't happen, they should wait for permission.
