Some staff speak to you on the same level. But when I was on the ward, they were a bit rude to me. Not talking very nice to me. It made me feel not very happy. It was harder to recover because I wasn't being treated like a human being I was being treated like a patient with a mental illness.

Not always staff have been compassionate. Some staff are really caring and kind.
