Staff on ward are very friendly and helpful, they kind and compassionate also.
Staff GL (staff Nurse) and SMc (OT) were brilliant a couple weeks ago on a rescue mission to collect my mother from home.

My experience with the team at Whiteleaf has been amazing. They take the time to help the family as well as the patient and when you are unsure how to deal with the situation their help and kindness was first rate. Thank you to everyone.

The staff were very helpful and professional but would benefit from additional beds as this was obviously a real problem on the ward. They also coped very well with a couple of challenging patients , one at least who obviously had some significant mental issues.

The staff is very caring
The place is clean and nice looking
I don't like the staff watching me all the time.
The food is awful.
I like the activities on the ward.

I am here because I feel like I am dying. But no one believes me. The staff is good
I don't like the food.
It's good to see the matron checking on all the patients .
I like the activities in the OT room

It's ok here. I prefer here than my home at this time, because I am ill and in pain.
The nurses look after me, some are really nice and spend a lot of time talking with me.

I am going on leave tomorrow for one night
The only thing I want to say is that the doctors should make more time to see me.
Everything else is ok
