I felt listened to.
Given options.
Told me at end what thinks issue is.
Listened to my concerns. Stan was very empathetic and gave me a different perspective in relation to my negative thinking.
It was a one to one assessment where I felt a lot more comfortable talking about my issues/problems.
The man was very calming Steve and spoke very well helping me to express myself in a bit more detail than I had done in my previous assessment covered most things and have ongoing assessment help which makes me feel good is I now have someone willing to make me better!
Ahmed was very very welcoming from the start and very easy to talk to and be honest with. I have felt empowered to make my own decisions regarding my treatment. His reports back to my G.P have been very detailed and very accurate.
Tom was incredibly patient whilst I went off topic from the original question. He was very good at bringing me back to the topic at hand and picking up on previous statements further along in the conversation.
The whole session was a benefit to me and illuminating.

Breakfast could be later in the day and night medication should be earlier.
This place has definitely kept me safe and staff really put patient safety first on this ward. Staff have been able to get me to calm down and see things from a different perspective when I can feel myself getting annoyed.
Sometimes it can be confusing when plans change on the ward and you aren’t informed.
I think more time with your named nurse could also make a big difference.
More permanent staff on the ward could improve things as agency staff do not deliver the same quality of care as the permanent staff here. It takes special people to do the job that you guys do and I want that to be made clear.
Thank you for looking after me when I needed it.
More hot food variety during the winter.
Dr. Ahmad has been very very helpful he has made me feel like I wasn't a mad man and he really helped me get onto the right medication because before I saw him I didn't even know what was wrong with me. I thank him from the bottom of my heart.
