I enjoyed the church service on a Wednesday.
I enjoyed the gym with Joe.
I liked groups held.
I enjoyed the music with David.
The food was excellent.
I appreciated going out for a walk with Susan.
The ECT was terrible but it helped me get better.
Having your own room with bathrooms was excellent.

I felt some of the staff actually cared and had time to talk to you. What I found frustrating was how long it took to be signed off the ward for leave on some occasions. I feel that communication between the ward team and community team could be improved. Having activities to do and putting films on etc were good things to do.

Structured day activities.
Table tennis.
When multiple staff in office, don’t ignore patients.
More equipment, skipping rope, balls.
Physical activity, football, badminton, skipping.
More group activities.
Toaster and bread by hot tap.
Composter or recycling.
Games room, snooker table, PS4.
tv in each room.
Better book collection.
Clocks in each room.
Supply short USB cables so can charge phones in own room.
Karaoke night.
Supply of unused underwear.
Staff to appreciate how degrading/humiliating it is when you have no belongings. (Lauren was very kind)
Allocated staff to engage with their patient at beginning of each shift.

Everything was good about my care, everything that management are dealing with, with concerns that have been raised. Still don’t know side effects of tablets taken.

Food is not healthy. More fresh vegetables needed and variety of salads. I had constipation due to food quality. Hygiene could also be improved.
