Staff always give v helpful feedback whenever I call as well as helpful updates,
staff able to help & support a lot through this difficult time so v thankful for everything the nursing staff, consultants, doctors etc do to help.
Thankful for the effort & support of various HCAs in more complex moments to aid wellbeing, thank u Aisha for helping take care of the loved one; she helped us all during a difficult time by giving us support and listening to our concerns.
V thankful also to the DWMs: Humaira and Lauren and all others who made an extremely hard time more bearable for us though I know how busy the day was.
