My care has been excellent.
Staff are caring, compassionate and great at cheering me up when I feel down, staff genuinely see you as a person not a patient.
Lack of resources is a major issue but that is an external issue.

The team are extremely accommodating regarding all of my sight problems that are very difficult for me to deal with, everyone is very caring and helpful. I appreciated the help of staff members to move around the ward though I understand how hard it was at times.

I was very impressed with my consultation and the care and attention given to my answers and questions I asked. I felt very at ease as I do with my regular gp and found it easy to "open up" and be honest - not on guard at all

Disappointed in discovering test results were wrongly recorded from last visit 6 months ago. should have been 28/30 as advised - brilliant! recorded as 22/30 on records - which was incorrect.
