Communication is good between the family ( Attorney) and the hospital team. Issues of confidentiality are respected. Minutes are produced of meeting and these are clear and concise. The environment is clean: rooms, patients and communal areas. The garden areas are most welcome and offer a safe environment where patient and family can interact with a degree of privacy. Security is present but unobtrusive. The provision of newspapers might be helpful for some patients.
