Course run by Recovery College was good - staff were well informed, knowledgeable and compassionate. Being able to share with others experiencing similar problems was very beneficial.

My use of Microsoft Teams to be able to access the course was frustrating and intermittent. A very hit and miss experience - I only managed to get on 2 out of the 4 sessions and I was unable to show myself with my webcam.
