Overall the care my father received at the White leaf centre was good. Generally the ward was clean and the quality of food was good. The care itself at times was somewhat consistent with a mixture of very good nurses and then the odd difficult one. Tara was very helpful and incredibly professional. Junior, David and Lauren were also particularly helpful and thoughtful. I think the following improvements would make the ward better; More flexible with visiting times Quicker at answering the phone and opening the doors when visiting More staff generally on the ward- engaging with patients More friendly welcome to visitors
