Very disappointed with the whole experiences, patients are not treated well.

Items left out in the corridor which are not allowed in rooms due to risk levels, but are left out for anyone to take. Nobody explains things, took weeks for people to explain how things work. Has made a complaint. Communication - staff are rude, not respectful. Forced to take medication, not given the physical health meds they are supposed to give.
