The staff running the Recovery College were lovely and great listeners. They let everyone have the chance to speak and let the clients lead the discussion. I enjoyed the range of different strategies and interventions they used to help deal with Stress.

Sometimes, the sessions felt like they didn't have a structure to them and because it's only an hour session, maybe breaking the session down into different parts could have helped. E.g Having an introduction and summary to finish the session.
