I feel the teacher was very compassionate and caring and I felt I was pert of me group I felt I was a bit mucked around as I was on a six month waiting list for a mindfulness class then I was told the class west going to happen. Then I enrolled on a yoga class I was told I would have a piece and the last minute I was told the Jose class was full up so i lost a piece.
