I’ve had many admissions over the years to ruby ward . The staff react aggressively, the consultant(s) are uncaring and will discharge a person even if they are actively suicidal , and told to their faces and if you have an sort of PD diagnosis don’t expect any support . The ward “information pack” is 7 documents just handed to you , rather than gone through and the staff appear to have little interest in giving 1-1 support when requested
