I found my stay in the ward to be better than previous admissions. I think the staff had more time due to the ward being less hectic. When distress staff (especially some night staff) took time to listen. Generally I found the permanent members of staff more approachable. Staff that really helped me by listening, were Laura (activities coordinator), Heather, Lauren, Abbie. Laura running activities was helpful.
