The building itself seems to be sound enough, but it’s the day to day running for instance of the ward I’m on where there’s ingrained problems due to maybe lack of staff and or staff buried under paper work. And failures to meet patients needs due to the staff pressures. A very big problem to get to see doctors of which your consultant is so elusive they might as well be an endangered snow leopard. The No Smoking rule is never going to work and has always been flouted, it should be abolished.
