I was advised to go to the Stoke Mandeville hospital due to extreme anxiety , depression and panic attacks, I was seen by the mental health team at the hospital a lady called Lauren initially and referred on to the Crisis team at The Whiteleaf Centre. Lauren was fantastic and managed to gain my trust, The crisis team were absolutely brilliant and supported me through this period in my life completely, I had the fortune of being in the care of a psychiatrist named Cicilia who was very patient and considerate, Without the above people I truly believe that I would not be here today.

In my case absolutely nothing.
