All aspects of care given on the ward were very good. All staff very attentive and caring, offering a very safe feeling environment

The ward is quite busy and therefore there is a wait to see someone. Food portions are quite small for new mums, they need extra calories. Overall it has been OK

Excellent feeding support - much better than previous advice given in Newcastle hospital. Felt far happier requesting help - the help came rapidly and was always kind and helpful. Staff very personable Treated with great dignity - and consultant have been really helpful & reassuring
