I had been on this ward before I was not uneasy at returning to hospital. I recognise many of the staff and was made to feel very welcome - all my needs were met.

- Staff to hand to solve andy queries we had. - All staff helpfull and service with a smile. - Staff gave sound advice and never refused to do what we asked them. - Overall very happy with the service. Thank you.

Some of the staff were really helpful and caring other staff were not. All questions answered tho. Don't feel that as patients we should have to pay for free view tv.

Nurse should be allowed to nurse, and not have to do all the admin ,that could be done by a secretary . In this age of technology, and especially when doing observations ,why ain't these pieces of equipment on a network system that automatically downloads information when a nurse does their four hourly observations of a patient . Tec never seems to be used to its full potential , and in saying that nor are the staff who are being compromised by the mountain of paperwork that could be cut by using technology to serve humanity rather than hider to the point of collapse .The savings in paper and form generating would be substantial but by far the best improvement would be that a nurses would be able to do the vocational job that they trained to do,NURSE.

Brilliant midwives . given lots of information options explained fully.

overall experience was good some of the midwifes were snotty at first but the one who delivered was brilliant.

I thought I had the best care I could have had. Every person that helped us gave us the best care and attention which made me feel very at ease. I would especially like to thank the midwifes that looked after us with a special mention to Avril and Alex they were the best midwifes they certainly were a credit to your excellent team.
