The caring staff and the quality of the meals. I was in bed 13 and was disturbed until after midnight with people using the fire escape door to go for a smoke. Suggestions that handles be removed from the other side of door and notice put on door that it is not to be used to go for a smoke and that it only opens from the inside.

All staff extremely friendly. Ward was lovely and clean and tidy. All staff acted in a professionally manor at all times very pleased with the care I recieved.
