Everyone was so attentative
nothing was a bother.
The nursing standard was 10 out of 10 and I would highly recomend using James Cook staff happy & friendly all the time.

Staff friendliness and care - very good. Not so good: Noise at night, lighting harsh at night, too many visitors allowed at once, in patient appointment for xrays etc, arrangements for home transfer.

Girls smashing very happy with care. Very satisfied with all ward all the girls lovely. Nil improvement.
