There has been a very calm and professional atmosphere in the whole hospital, The staff have appeared to be happy and very well trained for their respective work, The hospital is light and airy and seems to be well equipped, I have been very well cared for and would highly recommend Jemma Cook hospital

Everybody, especially nurse's Sarah & Amie where fantastic.
Nothing at all could be improved, as none is needed.
10/10 on every level.
Every member of staff from cleaners to nurses couldn't do enough to help.

After a stay of 10 weeks I have begun to notice a downward trend, due to staff shortages of patient care. To wait 1 1/2hrs when in a wheel chair, and having a bowel problem is too long I found the night staff on many occasions to be too noisy. The unit sister has improved the situation.

The nurses and staff on the spinal injuries are fantastic and always made a stay on the ward bearable.
They all work so hard.
