The new ward is so much more comfortable. Having TV or Radio helps also.
Staff are lovely, very helpful and cheery makes you stay more pleasant.

Everything was excellent the nursing staff were pure angels.The only thing to improve is bags coming down from surgical unit to ward 2 waited absolute ages.
I have nothing but praise for the staff and the car and support them.

Better communication with patients, family especially discharge.
Feel standards have fallen- but nurses do all they can in time they have.
Listen to patients, carer, family and doctor to be available.
