Day staff were amazing, can't say same for nights staff (just the 1).
Louise was brilliant made to feel welcome and as at ease as possible.

Cheerful and helpful nursing staff.
Time between supper and breakfast (almost) 10 hours, a bit too long!
Perhaps could be modified.
Otherwise a successful and reasonably pleasant encounter!
