Impressed with: - Cleanliness of ward & cleaning regime used on a weekly basis - communication by specialist nurses and doctors Improvements - doesn't seem to be a reminder system for dealing with non routine actions. Thus my blood sample was supposed to be taken early on leaving day but I had to remind the nurse at (I think) 9.30. Other patients reminded nurses of various things
