Nurses very kind, patient and helpful. Lovely when they chat about ordinary things while helping. Physio dept and catering staff also very helpful and friendly and occupational therapist too. Occasionally e.g at handover, some staff didn't introduce themselves/give any eye contact at all. Doctors round improved, no introductions to all the people - they could at least smile! No opportunity for me to have direct communication until my surgery.
