Some staff seem to expect all young people to follow exactly the same recovery path and in the exact same time frame. Not much understanding of everyones personal journey and issues. Still some parent blaming for issues which isn't the case. Some lovely staff but unfortunately many of the best staff have left

This has been a very difficult journey, I know we are very lucky to have this service on our door step. Being able to speak to people when I need to outside of appointments has been great.

The overwhelming help we received was amazing. The frankness and responsiveness to our needs were great. The no nonsense approach was just what was needed I feel but also the kindness and help for the next phase was great. My daughter is very logically minded and the staff interacted with her well and got her to open up gradually. I don't know how or what could be improved.
