Friendly staff who took time to get to know us as a family and as individuals. This really helped us and allowed us to feel supported. There was a great sense of trust and respect. Thank you.

We have been seen over many months for Family Therapy. This week the session was very productive and ran over time by quite a long way, which was much needed and led to some very important work being done. The therpist is always patient and calm and constructive and went above and beyond this week to facilitate the participation of one of my children in the process. It has made such a difference to our home life recovery. There have been many times where I would have given up, as the whole process is long and painful but it has been worth it. Thank you to Alison for all the support and encouragement, non-judgemental attitude and flexible approach. One pointer for improvement - the room could be improved in terms of space, equipment (seating) and set-up, suggest removing the large table, introduce lower furniture, coffee table, pillows.

The whole feel of the Brambles is extremely friendly/welcome. The staff are very approachable and kind. Dr Bronouska listens and responds very well to the ongoing issues that we have as a family. I think Dr Bronouska is perfect for this role.

The information and guidance about my child treatment is provided in a very professional and understandable way for me and my child. To improve from my point of view only longer hours of opening till 6 pm would be great.

More education for absent parents - parents who are not primary caress and may have missed the first round of education on eating disorders - may be presented in a male friendly way. This is important so that parents' approach can be consistent, especially in the case of parents who may not be on the same page. Three months in and my daughter's father still doesn't understand. Staff - kind and caring - try hard to support parents' wishes.

I have been so impressed with the service today. My husband and I have felt very supported, included in the process and received high quality care for our daughter the team very carefully evaluated and draw out information to support our daughter - they engaged with her in a positive and engaging manner helping her feel safe and at ease in difficult process for her. At all times both her and our voice has been listened to and we have seen progress in our daughter's relationship with food and well being. Before attending the service my husband and I felt completely overwhelmed and did not know how to support our daughter in her difficulties. The team have lifted that and we now have a deeper understanding , and support on how to support our daughter where she is end of her journey. The team all very friendly, professional and good at their roles. There centre is beautiful and very welcoming and accessible. The receptionists are lovely too and always make us feel at ease and make us welcome cups of tea. Thank you for all you're doing to help our friend.

The thing that was good about my care was the fact that everything was done professionally. The one thing that could be improved would be the time taken to wait for the appointment.
