Family therapy was a painful process but hugely beneficial, thanks Alison and Dr ZB was always firm, positive and supportive and helped me, as a parent to feel competent and confident at a difficult time. Unfortunately, some dealings with Geraldine were less helpful and at times, damaging to my confidence levels, mainly due to poor communication.

Care was professional and caring and competent. Procedure for making appointments was a bit haphazard and staffing levels were low and unable to cover staff illness periods.

There is nothing to be improved. The care that I have received from the beginning to the end of the treatment has helped me massively. But adult team transition was painful and felt let down and not supported.

Time to talk and very welcoming/open. But some appointments early on where I wasn't clear about what their aim was.

Lisa is very friendly and approachable. I, as a parent, also felt very supported by her.

The team has been extremely welcoming and empathetic with both me and her. They have listened and taken on board all our issues and concerns. My only concern is that at the initial assessment I was unaware I was expected to attend as the appointment etc was sent to my child which I understand as she is almost an adult but I could have been cc'd in.
