Understanding and kind, I got listened to. Would be better if only my mum was in the room with us because it was a bit crowded.

Thank you for this feedback please feel free to discuss this further with your care coordinator as we aim to allow young people to feel as comfortable as possible during all interventions. We also have the option of a larger room if this would be better?

All the adults were sensitive to the patient's needs: They showed patience and kindness, helping her to answer questions without being pressured. The room was a little snug and warm.

Thank you for this feedback. Although our main base is The Brambles we do work county wide if possible and so please discuss with your care coordinator if there is a venue more suitable for you.

Staff did everything we asked for. They went out of their way to make sure we had the right care, medically and pastorally. Emails were responded to at any time of day and night.

Throughout his care, there were regular appointments that we were as frequent as necessary. He has felt supported during his time at the Brambles. We as parents have also received advice. Transition to adult services was stressful and needs reviewing. Special thanks to Dr. Bronowska for all her time and support.
