The pre and post operative care was excellent performed by a cheerful, informative staff.
The only, and minor, constructive criticism concerns the reception/waiting area which lacks any kind of attempt to ease waiting time. While the chairs were comfortable enough, there was no reading material and nothing to either look at or listen to

The treatment I received recently in The Spire was second to none. All the staff were very helpful. They were empathetic during my stay. They were on hand if I was in pain or I needed anything.

I went in for day surgery and was a little nervous but they are all reassuring and answered any questions I had. My room was immaculate and I appreciated the covid 19 safety regulations that were in place, and I felt safe.
I have no complaints or criticism.
How the staff manage to stay calm and cheerful I don't know I am in complete awe.
The consultant and all involved with my operation are wonderful people.
My aftercare also amazing.
My thanks and my appreciation to everyone there.

The care I got whilst in hospital was first rate, all staff were very caring and understanding, no request denied.

Having received private treatment and care with the Nuffield hospital Group, I have to say that the Spire falls well below for quality of accommodation and quality of catering. The Spire is lacking in finesse and attention to detail.
