From being discharged from Northern General in Sheffield the Fittleworth nurse has been amazing. Karen Totty is my nurse. I was contacted quickly and felt reassured from the start. Because of the care received I have been able to solve any issues and am comfortable changing my bag with all the kit that I need. The psychological support was just as important as the practical and I always feel listened to and really appreciate the words and smiles of encouragement from Karen. It is such a relief to know I can call if I am worried about anything.
