From the moment I arrived with mum everyone was helpful, supportive, friendly and informative making sure both myself and mum were aware what was happening and shared great kindness.

Everyone was so caring and friendly - would involve me in all decisions - nothing was to much trouble (brilliant staff).

Kathy, Kate, Joel helped me very efficiently and compassionately getting meds that helped me eat again etc.

Nothing. Phone calls/advice/and getting doc treatment prescription very fast and appreciated.

Because all the carers were efficient, friendly and accomodating.
Suggested improvements
It would have been useful to have cared at a fixed time around 9 am each day, and someone to provide quick help on an as required basis - not for medical emergencies but for clean up help.
