My experience is one of caring and loving support from staff, nurses and doctors and I feel so lucky to be given a place at the hospice.

Regarding hospice at home care, I was shocked to find out that the help could be taken away after a few weeks. It was not made clear to me from the beginning.

From referral to f2f, it was only hours. We were treated with respect and listened to. The whole team made everyone feel at ease when they were present. We can’t thank them enough all their support.

On arrival dad and family were made to feel very welcome. Everything fully explained and discussed with us.
