My answers says it all.
Thank you for all you did.
Find it very relaxing.
My husband was treated with kindness care and with the greatest respect.
Very kind and supportive with myself and my dad.
Easy to quickly form a relationship based on trust, support, credibility
Great guidance and clear that the therapist and other staff were knowledgeable, experienced and trying to make the short sessions work for me and for my benefit
Helped immensely in trying to make sense of how grief affects people and that we are not alone
Helped me as an individual to try and restore some confidence in myself.
Re treatment for my partner the doctors were extremely understanding, they listened and were an excellent link with the gp so the best meds were prescribed in a timely way.
I attended a six week Neuro Living Well course, with other people who have the same neurological disease as myself, and some with a different neurological disease. We all got on extremely well, it was good to talk with people who are going through the same, I never talk about my illness, so this was the most that I have ever talked about it. The staff are excellent caring and friendly Rachel and Grace are the main staff involved and we had others who specialise in the subject for the weeks named subject, they are all so professional and friendly. We had a lot of laughter ( I can't help myself I see the funny side of most things). We were taught a lot of different helpful things. I can't praise all involved enough, so if you get the chance to attend one of these courses grab it with both hands you won't be sorry, and you get to make new friends, which is a big bonus. Thank you everyone at Saint Peters Hospice and to all who attended. Steve xxx.
