Everyone I have spoke to over the phone has been absolutely lovely and nurses that have visited has been wonderful you are all absolutely lovely.

Every person I have encountered in the hospice since dad came in has been kind, understanding and thoughtful. This is easily the best place for dad.

Sometimes I am asked my opinion and I am not sure I have an opinion.
Suggested improvements
As above - sometimes given to much choice and need to me told what to do. EG commode positioned on toilet.

My son is the patient. I feel enormous relief that ha is here although he received wonderful care from hospice at home.

- Everyone has been friendly and professional and willing to help in any way.
- Setting is lovely perfect for real and visitors outside areas are wonderful too.
Suggested improvements
- Food sometimes not to my taste.
- Fruit needed in canteen as none available.
