Review of St Peter's - Inpatient Team written by a family member
25th June 2023

There were plenty of staff available who were all very knowledgeable and radiated conidence. They responded quickly to any medical need/pain relief as required. They all worked as a team.

Suggested improvements
Very little improvement to be made. One minor improvement that could be made would be better systems/information for relatives who stay round the clock, particularly in relation to food - meal provision an was a bit haphazard.

Review of St Peter's Hospice - Hospice at Home
6th June 2023

I cannot express strongly enough how grateful and thankful myself and my entire family are for the way my father was treated by St Peters through his final days at home. The help and care they provided made it possible for him to pass away at home, with his family around him, but also gave us - his family - the support we so needed in that time, answering any and all of our questions and being helpful and respectful in every way possible.

Review of St Peter's Hospice - Hospice at Home
31st May 2023

I was very impressed with the care given to my late mother at the end of her life. This contributed substantially to my mother being able to pass away very peacefully in her own bed, in her own home, just as she wished for. Thank you.

Suggested improvements
I cannot think of anything.
