Atmosphere throughout hospice feels positive and peaceful.
The care and support offered I cant falt. The ladies made my nan feel very comfortable and even made her laugh right until the end. I also felt very supported and I was not made to feel like outsider they involved me in every thing. I am very grateful for the help and support from the hospice, you all do a fantastic job.
I am afraid I cannot coment on what happens in the hospital, as I only had to attend for one day, but I liked what I saw, the cares were very kind and very informative and I had a very happy day thank you.

The person concerned showed insight and perception of my feelings, how I was coping, etc. Helped me to see the good things still in my life . Easy to talk to. I felt comfortable with her and could be honest about my feelings.
All aspects of the course were enhancing to my needs.
It showed how to controle my breathlessness, it showed me how to relax.
I cant see were they can improve, most things were covered well.
Everything was good.
I don't know what could be improved.
Staff are wonderful as is the medical.
No complaints at all.
Except the duvet and pillows.
Heavy, cumbersom induces heavy sweating.
would prefer her own duvet "feather" light and warm.
