All staff were helpful and friendly all had tidy hair just, I had smoke smell on her uniform which I did not like.

Staff make you feel as though you retain control.
If staff say they are going to check up on something and report back - this is carried out.

1. The staff cared about each individual and nothing was too much trouble.
2. It would more helpful to some if a little more volume was available when speaking. A microphone might more helpful.
