Friendly welcoming staff. Emotional support-self and family personal approach to individual needs. Additional service e.g hand massage no request to small / big.
Volunteers are good!
Condense interuptions in room.

The aftercare that you kindly gave to me after my husbands death was so valuable.
Your councellor was always caring and compassionate and I really appreciated her coming to my home.
