Nothing Cheryl Jones provided all the information, support, care and empathy anyone could ask for my father and family were extremely lucky to have the support from St. Peters as a whole, Inc the palliative care team and the surrounding network (district nurses etc) coordinate with each other well keeping us informed at all times.

As of today I have a nurse comes to see me now and again approx every 3 weeks she also phones to check is I am okay.
I also have a lady to do my garden she comes approx every 2 week and she is great very friendly and helpful.

I found the care we received my husband dying of stomach cancer and myself as he was being mused at home was absolutely marvelous. I cannot praise it enough.
