It could not have been bettered. The advice from the senior nurse was excellent and everyone involved was sensitive and had good people skills

I received excellent care and attention, all the staff involved in my care were professional, polite, cheerful and empathetic.
Nothing could be improved during my stay.

What I liked was it was about what I want treatment. Help to discuss and what I wanted. The hospice carer was understanding listened (not just ticketing boxes on forms) and worked with me to deal with things. I am very impressed with the level of service and care.

My counseller was incredibly sensitive to my needs, encouraging me to explore and understand my grief at losing my sister last year. She was supportive when things got tough, explaining the process of grief and offering advice on how to won thorough it. I felt secure and at ease in sharing my story. It felt like I was talking to a real friend. Thank you.

The care we received for our mum was amazing for her and for us as a family. Her dignity was always paramount and our feelings were also taken into consideration. Nobody wants to be in this situation but with your help it gave us piece of mind that someone was with mum and us a lot int he last few days of her precious life. Thank you is not enough.
