Very hard to say what could be improved.
Everything was carried out wonderfully.
All the staff were friendly very respectful explained what was going on. Plenty of smiles so caring and gentle.
Johns passing was so peaceful and our sons and my presence was perfect. A huge thank you to all staff.

Always there to listen and help in anyway that you can.
Our nurse could not be improved she is a great person on all levels to patient and family.
