Good kind and considerate care.
Nurses are - excellent all round.
HCA are - very good.
I suppose going to look at to both communication skills GP help.

Lynne has always found the right balance between getting involved and letting things ray out. When I have needed her she has been there and has always been responsive and caring. She been her knowledge of the system and processes to guide and support me. At times of crisis I would have been lost without her. She is honest and straightforward and if you have a team of Lynnes at St. Peters it is an amazing achievement.

Freedom to socialise with others in the same boat as you!
Loved the craft and art discussion and sessions on relaxation, medication etc.
Particularly liked the opportunity to pray in the sessions at the sanctuary.

In the last few days of her life, the care my mum received from your staff, namely Petra, Christine, Jenny and Chelsea was fantastic.
Their calm, professional, caring manner made her last days comfortable and peaceful.

The staff were friendly, kind and caring, they understood the situation and provided amazing support which I am very thankful for.
It would be extremely helpful if you were able to provide your support as a guaranteed service, especially to patients at end of life.
