There is no other service like this in Bristol. The support given is amazing. I feel really looked after.

Claire is kind, caring and reliable, as soon as I need any help she gets on with it immediately. I know that I can rely on her to do her best to solve my problem.
Suggested improvements
I cannot think of anything, Claire is competent and we have built a good relationship, I feel I can talk to Claire about anything in confidence and she offers good advice.

Because of lockdown it was difficult to obtain face to face support. Also we wanted help overnight but did not manage to get this during the past week.
Suggested improvements
We realise that the pandemic impacted upon the service we really needed. Sometimes it was difficult to know who we should contact - District nurse, GP or hospice.

The care given at St. Peter's hospice is absolutely first class by all of the members of staff. As a patient I felt totally at ease knowing that my care needs, medical and spiritual needs would be met.
Suggested improvements
Nothing could be done to inhance any aspect of my stay in St. Peters hospice.

My father was very reassured by the knowledge that your carers would pop in to see my as needed and has been foil praise for the herbess of staff was inesacted with.
