We cant thank your community nurse team enough. So supportive and caring from the staff of my diagnosis in march. We would have found it very difficult to manage without their help and support.

I have not been able to fault any of the actions taken and care give to my wife whilst she has been in St. Peters Hospice.
Suggested improvements
Nothing from a care point of view.
I think this form should be rewritten in the present terms not the past, or it should be offered when treatment is concluded.
