Absolutely lovely manner- pitched perfectly to both be supported and caring. It was so helpful to discuss the next stages with Karin- could not have hoped for a better approach.

Because the nurses are professional, helpful as can be and caring in our terrible situation, and understanding.

Suggested improvements
Have done as much as possible. But hope to get some help for some night time.

Review of St Peter's PFS - Bereavement Services written by a family member
29th January 2021

The care delivered was affected by the pandemic. It is hard to feel comfort and reassurance from someones dressed in full PPE. The help from the bereavement councillor was excellent. The wait felt too long though...

Suggested improvements
There was discussion and written information about services that were not available which was hard.

Review of St Peter's PFS - Emotional & Psychological Support written by

I appreciated my counsellor very much and they helped me a lot. The councellor seemed professional and competent, but occassionally not quite { }. Sometimes the counsellors were seemed rather hospish and they sport quickly, so they seemed less than empathetic.

Suggested improvements
If the counsellor could have spoken slower and perhaps put more care and consideration into their choice of words, and their information.
