The help and correspondence is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and someone will always call you back.

Nothing needs changing./nAll the staff are so caring to my needs. They always call me twice a week. Thank you.

I felt the assigned person had little understanding of me, my initial assessment with. Ben was so very helpful however. I did not feel benefit from the assigned call and decided not to continue.

I did not realize the support given by the hospice. I had no idea the support you gave by the nurses and the staff if I needed advice. What a fabulous organisation.

Never had this experience before, did not know what to expect, felt quite good after.

Particularly the foot massage was fantastic, I guess it was the cream rather than oil. For me, would to benefit for hands too may be not.
